To provide mutual support services for families and carers of people with a mental illness, including interventions such as information, counselling and support.

Passive, aggressive and assertive behavior

Passive: A withholding or partial expression of wants, opinions and feelings
Aggressive: Stating wants, opinions and feelings
Assertive: Stating wants, opinions and feelings without violating others

Assertiveness is the ability to express yourself and your rights without violating the rights of others.
