THE AIM OF THIS WORKSHOP
To provide mutual support services for
families and carers of people with a mental illness, including
interventions such as information, counselling and support.
Passive, aggressive and assertive behavior
Passive: A withholding or partial expression
of wants, opinions and feelings
Aggressive: Stating wants, opinions and feelings
Assertive: Stating wants, opinions and feelings without
violating others
Assertiveness is the ability to express
yourself and your rights without violating the rights
of others.

- Negative assertion
- Active listening
- Negative and positive ways of expressing goals

This workshop will be held over two consecutive days for
a period of six hours per day, 9.30am until 3.30pm
Workshop fees:
Full: $40.00
